The Client
u-blox develops wireless and positioning technology. The published engagement describes IT infrastructure for its offices in Melbourn in the UK and Leuven in Belgium, followed by support for systems and users.
The Challenge
Growth created the need for a new office. The relocation had to move the entire ICT infrastructure with minimal downtime and coordinate the systems staff needed to resume work.

The team planned and managed the complete ICT relocation, coordinating infrastructure, connectivity and operational dependencies.
Weekend delivery
The move took place over a weekend so staff could work at the old office on Friday and return to the new site on Monday.
Operational readiness
Systems were brought into operation at the new location before the working week resumed.
The Results
The published case study reports that staff left the old office on Friday and started work in the new office on Monday with all systems operational.
The relocation brought servers, storage, networks, telephony and cabling together in one managed delivery approach.
